Hope everyone is surviving the heat. 

I propose next Tuesday doing “Murray’s Ride”, meet at usual cafe at Terry Hills, 9.30 (around the corner from parking) we ride down to Church point for coffee. On the way home up McCarrs Creek Road, Akuna Bay, back to start for lunch.

It will be much cooler on Tuesday, max 29 degrees.

Thanks for organising Liz. Mike and Kris will also be coming.

I may arrive late as Pam has a physiotherapist appointment at MV at 8.30am. She should be back home by 9.30am (to take over the grandkids minding) so I will leave home by bike then. 

If you're riding down McCarrs Ck Rd I will look out for you all from Church Point upwards.
