Suggested for DEM Talk

Specifically, how can we talk more constructively about hot button issues?

Is a State health care solution possible?

How can we make Proposal Petitions available to the general public?

How can we reach younger voters (and non-voters)?

Are telephone calls effective in the age of cell phones and caller ID?

Is Democracy still possible?

Comment: "We look like the not fun party," Gallego said. "Always telling and correcting people. Not allowing men to be men. Women to be hot."

"We used to be the party of sec [sic] drugs and rock and roll," he said.

He added elsewhere that "Dem women look like Dem men and Dem men look like women.”

Could someone please interpret the above comment for me?  I have no idea what this person is trying to say.  Tim
