I had couple of queries and thought of directly clarifying with you.

1. I am not in India right now and have put my house for rent and currently looking for tenants. I had paid maintenance last year for the whole year and now I believe  my  maintenance will  be due.  I  am ready pay but not sure how can  i make an online payment as i am not there. 

2.  I had request the CRM Mahesh or Ramesh dont recollect his name to get the for Electricity meter transferred on my name. I had paid him INR 1500 along with the sales deed and other form which he asked me to fill. This was done sometime in March/April when i was in India. I still dont see the electricity bill in my name. 

Request you to suggest me how to get these two things done.

Dear Rejesh and Dear Mallu gang,
I will just narrate a recent incident concerning ATC payment.
About couple of weeks back the ATC collection supervisor came home and stated that I had defaulted on paying maintenance charges for the month of July and August,and showed me a register which he was maintaining and sure enough as per the register, I had not paid.  Fortunately, in the month of July, when I paid for twomonths that is Jul and Aug, I had insisted on ATC providing a receipt, which was given at that time, and I had made cheque payment. So I showed this guy the receipt, he then took down the receipt number and left.  I have not seen him after that.
So I strongly recommend that you should  obtain a receipt for the payments made and retain it safely. These ATC guys are not fully organised presently and they are liable to commit errors.
