DIY Reflow Oven (Whizoo.com)

I've got a big project coming up using a 4 layer PCB almost all surface mount components including an esp32. As such its crazy expensive to have China populate and solder the boards ($270+parts)/5 boards. Since I suck as designing PCBs I figured I'd order the PCBs from China and do the soldering myself. I found a cheap kit to perform reflow work and just finished building it yesterday. I have the aluminum tray on order from ebay and will post more when i get the boards and try to reflow them. Anyhow, I think the kit is pretty cool, took me about 4 hours to build and luckily almost no blood (inside these ovens, its super sharp).

Nice work! I've done most of my surface mount reflow work on an electric skillet. This looks more controlled :)

not a great picture, but i'm really impressed with the quality of all the joints on this project.
