List of all LSVs

Hi MAJIQ community,

I was wondering about the graph-building step in MAJIQ build. When MAJIQ constructs the splice graph in the first stage, does it define all possible LSVs before assessing which ones are statistically different between conditions?

If so, is there a way to obtain a list of all detected LSVs, regardless of whether they are found to be significantly changing between groups?

Follow up: I have checked the log files and found that all LSVs are indeed defined. For example:

S2_6310_Norm: 157,415 LSVs

However, my question remains: would it be possible to obtain a TSV file containing all of these LSVs?

Hi Alex, if you are using voila modulizer or voila tsv, I believe you are just looking for the switch --show-all ? Applying this will remove the requirement for changing to be included in the output.
