Hallo,
I work in windows environment, I installed Cygwin I ran the first script mt_prep_gamma_snap and I think it is good because all my pscands.ij files are not empty behave pscands.1.ij0. i use the trial windows matlab version, I got the following error message in running stamps(1,1).

can someone  help me please. I don't know what must I do. i read all old post but i didn't find any solution.

I have the same error if i run "stamps"

But if i run stamps "stamps (1, 1)" it print "Error using cd" 

How can I solve this?

See the path it is trying to CD in.
For some reason it recognizes your PATCH dir as the INSAR_YYYYMMDD dir.
This should not occur.

Can you try running from the directory above, i.e. INSAR_YYYYMMDD dir.

Hello, I am having the same error when I run stamps in the Matlab command window in my INSAR_XXXXXX folder. Is there a solution? 

P.S running ISCE (stripmapstack) to StaMPS (PS)
