This morning's activity was high along the Fire Road and the newly-refurbished, soon-to-close (for Peregrines) Valley Cove Trail.

Pine Siskins are back and singing (FOY)

Hairy Woodpecker males were facing off on branches and trunks and doing their ritualized territorial thing

Winter Wrens (at least 3) in song

Peregrine Falcon (at least 1) above the cliffs at Valley Cove

Brown Creeper in song

and others.
