Fish Crows at the Mall?

Three crows were flying around as I entered Macy’s at Maine Mall in South Portland. They sounded suspiciously like Fish Crows, very nasal and flat. Would appreciate another opinion if any birders happen upon them.

Hi Peggy,
Yes, there has been a small colony (not sure where exactly the nests are) that frequents the mall area - especially the dumpsters of nearby fast food restaurants - for quite some time here (15++ years).
