A Buff-breasted Sandpiper is at Wainwright Field in South Portland. It’s in softball field 2 with some Killdeer.

Still being seen playing centerfield at softball field #2 with 2 Killdeer as of 3:00 pm. A zillion thanks to Turk for finding and then sharing the news! Not likely anybody else would have stumbled on this one.

PS Still haven't figured out how to reply or post from mobile device.

Still being seen in softball field two in the back of right field.The gate was locked, but I jumped the fence and it was very cooperative. The first raindrops were starting as I left the bird at 8:00. Beautiful!!
