Hi all,

Responding to Craig Kesselheim's request, here's the link to last night's virtual launch of the new "Birds of Maine" book by Peter Vickery and friends.  Registration maxed out at 500, I'm told.

Apparently the first printing has now sold out, and the publisher has more on te way, due in January.

The virtual launch was excellent and I recommend watching on Youtube if
you missed it. Peter would be extremely proud to know the launch maxed
out at 500 and that the first printing sold out so quickly. It is a
fabulous book and at a bargain price for such a large and comprehensive
work. Kudos to all those who helped finish Peter's mission.

My wife said that Wednesday the bookstore in Damariscotta still had copies for sale. Their first order of them sold out quickly but the resupply came in recently.
