Barnacle Goose, Western Tanager

For anyone interested I saw the Barnacle Goose on Waldo Ave. in Rockalnd yesterday after viewing the eagle in Boothbay.  Also, a male Western Tanager was posted on Maine Birds FB group from this morning on Roxbury Rd. in Thomaston.  Can't believe I went right by there yesterday!  Missed the Townsends Warbler on friday.  Hadn't seen any posts since friday so breifly stopped by on the way home this am around 8:15 and saw nobody there so just left.  Of course it showed later in the morinig:-)  Can't complain to much after seeing the eagle, goose and a mountain bluebird in NY on the way home.
