A man has one of these low-growing juniper bushes that spreads out like a ground cover.  A couple days ago, he noticed bees buzzing in and out, as though they had just swarmed in. They are below knee level!  If you would like to collect this swarm, contact:

Sean sent me pictures. They are wasps. We discussed the various methods of removal because the nest is right next to his front door. Sean said he would take care of them.
