Dear Colleagues, 

I have been following the matter in subject, with the management of IPSS, and with the Office of the Registrar for quite some time. I have met a few of you and shared the evolving possibility of the same. 

Gladly, today we have an official pronouncement on the matter, as in the newspaper article (New Vision) attached. 

I am therefore sharing this on the request of the Institute, for your information and further consideration/ actions. 

Should you have further queries that may not have been addressed by this article, please contact the ARs office.
