Seeking Resources for Low/No-Cost Wheelchair Ramp Assistance

Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out to see whether anyone is aware of organizations, programs, or volunteer groups in Macomb County that assist with building low-cost or no-cost wheelchair ramps for homes.
I’m currently working with a low-income patient receiving outpatient hemodialysis who needs a wheelchair ramp for safe home access and is presently trying to save the funds to have one built. Any leads would be greatly appreciated. The individual lives in Clinton Township.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions or referrals you may be able to share.
