Build EMCApplication for Up-to-date Machinekit-hal

Hi, I know that this is a big issue for lots of people and I've been attempting to fix this on my spare time.

After some time I've came up with a fix to build EMCApplication for the newest machinekit-hal.

Note that this is a very poor fix and that I didn't have the time to test the files generated.

So if you encounter problems, please let me know and I'll try to fix it
