Lock it in!

Jock is our hare for Ride #65 and he's setting trail from his digs in Yarraville.

Circle up at 1-19 Schild Street, Yarraville, 2 minutes from Yarraville station.The hare is promising at least 2 drink stops on route, (aprox 25km). After the ride further drinks will be consumed at 'The Vault' in Yarraville square.

Sunday, April 5th
Show up at noon for 12:30pm GO.

Some on street parking, if in need.

The world's a bit of a mess right now. In the interest of public health and your welfare, we're pressing pause on bike hash rides. Feel free to continue to ride and drink, with appropriate social distancing, of course. And until this blows over, you can stay connected with the broader bike hash community through virtual events like this one hosted by our sister hash in Sydney.

Hi  All,

Just to let you know, I’ve set a “community style” or “hash style” trail in Lakeside arrows around Richmond.  It’s actually a re-hash of my anniversary run I set last week (which I mucked up after too many champagnes and cocktails); so I’ve re-set it so my neighbors and gym friends and fellow hashers and single runners and mums and dads and kids and dogs can do it when they are going around the twist with boredom.

So please feel free to run my trail or walk it - only proviso being to NOT MARK THRU the checks or make any further markings as it will be (hopefully) used over the next 2 weeks.

Arrows will lead you on a circuitous route.  You’ll see arrows out front and back of Victoria Gardens, or corner of Buckingham and Johnson street in Richmond, or corners of Bridge/Church or corner of Bridge and Coppin Streets.

Let me know if you have a go.

Well done E & B. Great idea!!

 

FYI, Ballarat Hash is continuing on after no hash last week for the first time since 1983.  We are getting together tomorrow night at 7pm for a ‘Zoom Hash Circle’. So we’ll wear hash gear and BYO grog, down down glass, chair and food.  Think I’ll do a run in the bush near home before the virtual circle.  This will be a different way to hash!!
