Open Source governance for M3

Is M3 an Apache or other open source project? Are there contributors in addition to Uber and Chronosphere? On https://www.m3db.io/ I don't see information about the governance of the M3 project.

Hey Brett,

Thanks for reaching out! M3 isn't part of an organization like the Apache Software Foundation or CNCF - it's owned and controlled by Uber, with its governance being made up of members from both Uber and Chronosphere, and those organizations also making up the majority of contributions (the rest are made by users). We can definitely add something that calls governance out more clearly.
