Angle of Attack and Side Slip + Hawk Wind Indication on LX?

Hi All, 

A couple of quick questions for the community...

1 - After levelling the glider, I added the angle of attack and side slip NAV boxes to my LX display. Oddly enough I get no indication of change of either the AOA or SL? Any ideas?

2 - I cannot seem to find a way to make the LX NAV boxes for wind to take data from the Hawk rather than the standard LX algorithm. Any ideas?

What device are you running Hawk on?  90X0 or S10/100?

On the wind configuration do you see Hawk as an option in addition to the other algorithm inputs?  Should be in the list along with things like circling, compass, track.  I don’t recall all of the options off the top of my head, but there are 4 or so.   

And on the V8 or display are you seeing the blue hawk needle or can you configure that portion of Hawk?
