windows virus/drive issue

hi.

slight emergency.  backup windows 10 laptop got a virus due to browser site issue.   at least it appears that's the root issue.

tried to create Bootable usb with win 10 process.  did the bios, appears to be uefi.  tried the chkdisk. disk part app. only shows the usb flash drive.

the laptop should have the base 256 internal hard drive.

if you have skills in this area, hit me up.  I'd like to resolve asap.

nope.   

and some things happened, so im going to hold off sending them to a data recovery operation.

im thinking they're fried
