Hi Aeropac and our Lunar friends, it's official: the Aeropac cleaning this year is on Sunday, April 19th, starting at 10 a.m.  Lynn has a conflict Saturday, and this date makes the most sense with who can make it as far as I can tell. So bring your work gloves, and any special tools you think are useful and come on out!  It's work, but also a lot of fun and good stories.  Also we'll have a Pizza lunch served around noon so you won't want to miss that.

I need to ask who has the cleaning supplies for the rails?  We'll need the long rail tubs and the mercuric acid to get them clean.  Also a bunch of baking soda to neutralize it after we're done.  Some folks have cleaning suits they wear for scrubbing the rails.

See ya'll in a few weeks.

Lynn, can you post directions to your place anbd the address?

yes it's ok, I just need to know as I have to get my helpers to clean up the backyard, etc.
There won't be as much parking available down by the barn as I have built an ADU (not quite finished yet), but
I will remove my horse trailer to free up space in the work area.

I'm assuming it does right now, Tony has the equipment trailer and he can make it on the 19th.  I'll do a general announcement.   Is that Ok?

Hi Aeropac members!  The cleaning party is just a couple of weeks away! It is scheduled for Saturday April 18th.  However Lynn Cominsky has other commitments that day and proposed Sunday April 19th or the next Sunday is also available, April 26.  Can I get some feedback from folks who can make it on a Sunday?  Also let us know the regulars who help at the cleaning party can't make it.  If we can get a good turnout then we'll do the 19th.

I really need folks feedback here so we can pull this off.

Thanks!!

Hi Lynn, Gene here.  Are you able to host another cleaning party in a few weeks?  Let us know, or what date might work better if there is a conflict on the 18th.  Remember, free pizza!

Attached is the map to the ranch. For those of you who have been here before, you will notice a few changes. These are not noted in the attachment.

The gate to Mustang Court is broken, so it is wide open.
Also I have built (not quite done) an ADU down by the barn so there is not as much parking there.
I can open the gate to the top pasture if we run out of parking, it is dried out (unlike most years).

See you all on Sunday 4/19 around 10 AM.
