Greetings,

I haven’t launched a rocket sine I was 12- I’m 63. I returned to the hobby during CoVID but never launched any as I was with SARG- they pretty much folded on me.

I see there is a launch at Snow Ranch next Saturday the 7th.

I have 5 builds launch ready- st least I think so. I have an active NAR membership. I have motors etc in a tackle box- what do I need to do other than show up?

BTW- what is the start time- I’m coming from Sacramento?

Thanks

Emmett

I showed up probably less prepared a couple months ago. One thing I regret not having was food. People seem to bring some folding chairs, for sitting, and tables to help them assemble and display their rockets.

Some gloves might be handy if you want to help carry any of the club launching equipment since the chemical exhaust leaves a good amount of residue.

Hi Emmett and welcome - we usually launch 9 to 4. We have a vendor on site. Friendly people will help you all around. Registration table up front. Do a volunteer hour in one of the jobs is a great way to see how everything works. Enjoy!

Paul
