Membership Meeting this Wednesday

We are trying to coordinate a location for the membership meeting coming up on Wednesday Nov. 19th.

How many people are able to attend in person?  

Please fill out the form, only if YOU CAN ATTEND this meeting.  We will have another one for the Annual Meeting in January.

We are looking at sites in multiple locations, so please include where you are coming from and the number of people that can attend THIS meeting.

I understand Fred is asking where people are coming from for this week’s meeting. I assume this is to help determine where to have the meeting.

But for some people, where the meeting is held will be the determining factor if they will come or not.

Looking at memberships expiring in 2025 or later, here is the breakdown of where the families live.

I think we need a meeting location in the East Bay. But then I am biased. What say you all? 

PS Shouldn't we cancel tomorrow's meeting!?
