Unfortunaly that part isn't supported by LUFA - you'd need one of the parts that contain a hardware USB module. For the ATTINY85 you might be able to run a pure software USB stack such as V-USB on it, although it would only allow you to implement low speed USB devices such as a keyboard or mouse.
