I'm moving a site from CF to Lucee 4.5.

Based on the documentation (http://docs.lucee.org/reference/tags/input.html) it appears that autosuggest is supported by Lucee for cfinput.

Works fine in the CF environment, when moved to Lucee environment an error that autosuggest is not supported displays. Is there a setting in Lucee that needs to be enabled to allow autosuggest?

If not, the docs should not list the attribute as supported.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Scott

In general, Lucee focuses on the Server side of things, and does not attempt to implement Client side widgets, which become obsolete very fast due to improvements in browser technology.  There are a lot of JavaScript libraries out there that would do stuff like that.

If the documentation fails to indicate a specific issue then please feel free to improve it and submit an update.

Thanks,
