In ColdFusion you could go to the server administrator, logs, click on application log, and you would be able to see detailed error messages with line numbers.

How do you setup Lucee to do the same?

I've made numerous changes to Logging, Logs as well as Debugging, Settings in the Lucee administrator.

Thank you,

Dale

On Railo there was a Log Analyzer extension, but it's not by default available in Lucee it seems.

Paul Klinkenberg can probably tell you (us) something about where to get it now. Maybe you can add the Railo extension provider to Lucee and get it from there: http://www.getrailo.com/ExtensionProvider.cfc

Hi there,

I hope the plugin will be added to the Lucee extension store, which I requested here: https://luceeserver.atlassian.net/browse/LDEV-724  (Add Log analyzer plugin to Lucee's extensionProvider)

Kind regards,

Paul Klinkenberg

Paul,

I don't mind looking through the log files.  The log files in C:\lucee\tomcat\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF\lucee\logs are always empty.

How do you get Lucee to log error data in those files?

Since the plugin doesn't seem to be added to the extension providers yet, is there a way to manually install the extension?

Thanks,

Seth
