Somewhat surprising that this hasn't been mentioned here before

ACF Admin provides the option for Daily Every: Hours Minutes Seconds

Lucee Admin is missing this functionality.

The only way to create a task with intervals less than 1 day is via cfschedule

I created an issue if anyone want to comment

Hi Jay

Lucee does allow this via the admin.

If you first create the task in with the default interval of
"every...", you will then be able to provide more detail on the next
screen, including setting the interval you want, e.g. every 1 hour.

Cheers
Julian.

Huh,

So it does. To me the drop down doesn't suggest that.

every...
once
daily

feels like it reads

select...
once
daily

etc

Non intuitive (to me at least)

I'll update the issue to bring it up at least.

Thanks

I guess it's made worse by the ability to set all other intervals from the create page but with every... you need to create the task & -then- set the interval.

Agreed, it's not clear. I think your ticket's valid, but might be in
idea to edit the title.

As a side note, does anyone know how to set a schedule to run every 10 seconds? I'd like to run a heartbeat on my server even when people aren't online, but once every minute would be too slow for what I have in mind.

Phillip, maybe a gateway would work for you. In case you haven't used them or created them, the best resource available is the Railo wiki: https://github.com/getrailo/railo/wiki/Event-Gateways
