Lucee 5 Docker Help - using the provided lucee 5 with nginx & tomcat

I get the vm working in docker, and the web preview comes up normal, but how do I get to the /lucee/admin/   page to configure the server?  I must be missing something.  Ultimately I'm wanting to get it setup/configured and then moved to AWS.  Any help is appreciated.  

Using kitematic  http://localhost:32782/lucee/admin/   is this not the right path?  I get a 403 forbidden error.
