Can't reach Glued on Beagle Bone Black

Hello,

I have some problems accessing Beagle Bone Black after installing Glued on Sd Card. Before this I was able to reach 192.168.7.2 BBB ip and ttyACM0  with minicom. BBB had the default Debian Image on it.

I installed Glued according to https://github.com/LSTS/glued
  • cd ~/lsts/glued
  • ./mkconfig.bash lauv-seacon-1-aux
  • ./mksystem.bash lctr-b2xx/lauv-seacon-1-aux.bash 
  • ./pktoolchain.bash lctr-b2xx/lauv-seacon-1-aux.bash
  • ./pkrootfs.bash lctr-b2xx/lauv-seacon-1-aux.
  • sudo ./mkdisk.bash lctr-b2xx/lauv-seacon-1-aux.bash /dev/sdb1
Then when I press Boot button for five seconds, leds begin to flash and after all that D2 flashes continuosly. 

But I cannot find any new usb device or a new network interface on my Ubuntu. 
When I check udevadm monitor log I dont see any logs after removing or adding BBB via USB cable.

I can also see logs on Glued installed Sd Card under /lsts/glued folder, after connecting SdCard to my Notebook PC Ubuntu.

P.s. Dune was succesfully running on Debian installed BeagleBone Black.

Hi,

GLUED does not have the USB network interface enabled, you should connect to it via ethernet or serial (through the debug port).
Also, depending on the configuration you choose, the IP will be set and fixed.
You can see it here for your case:

Thanks for your answer, I sucessfully installed Glued and Dune together on Beagle Bone. I can also reach Beagle Bone via cross cable and make ssh to the board.  Now I am trying to configure /opt/lsts/dune/etc/lauv-seacon-1-aux.ini, because I want to integrate Neptus and Dune together. Neptus gives java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: 10.0.10.13/10.0.10.13:9999 (TCPTransport.java:363) {TCPTransport: Sender Thread 1715187306} {Neptus.Pub} error. I also send Neptus vehicle properties screenshot.

After changing configuration file I restart dune by "services dune restart".

Hi Onur,

If you want to connect to the beaglebone from Neptus you should have either a tcp server (instead of client) or a udp transport (recommended). The configuration you're using is for a secondary cpu which connects to the main one using a tcp client much like Neptus does. Instead look at lauv-seacon-1.ini file.

Thanks, I checked lauv-seacon-1.ini but I did not find any TCP.Server, I changed my transports according to your suggestion, still I cant connect to beagle Bone Dune from Neptus on my notebook pc.
