Beam distance is too small and Rigid planar wall is unreferenced

Hi Guys,
I have just started modeling the RC column subjected to blast load in LS Dyna. I came across a few warnings and UnRef which are mentioned below:
1.  The stirrups which are modeled as beam elements show a warning as "Beam distance is too small". What does it mean and how to resolve it?
2. Rigid planar wall is showing unref.  How to resolve it. (pic is attached for your reference.)

For those who say “I  am new to LS-DYNA and new to FEM”. You

need proper training in understanding FEM and LS-DYNA if you are

going to be able to perform any reasonable LS-DYNA studies. These

are not simple subjects that can be picked at the drop of a hat.

First of all, I believe that you will find LS-DYNA much easier to
understand and use if you have a good background in nonlinear finite
element analysis and explicit integration methods. I recommend the
following book to address these two thoughts:

Nonlinear Finite Elements for Continua and Structures by Ted Belytschko,
Wing Kam Liu, and Brian Moran

LS-DYNA consists of a single executable file and is entirely command line

As I have often stated, please remember that LS-DYNA always leads

LS-PrePost and is the solver, thus LS-PrePost may not help you regarding

issues such as this. I always recommend that you first learn to use the

I sincerely appreciate you pointing out those errors. I am very grateful for your assistance.

I have fixed this error now in this new file. Can you send me the screenshot of the error showing as said above I am getting this shown below.

Could you refer me any document or tutorial to understand the software?

Could you explain why, on the model check tab, the beam element (Stirupps) is displaying a warning "the beam distance is too small".

Can you point out more mistakes in the file?

As per my knowledge, it is not related to dynamic relaxation.
Since I'm new to this, it would be a great help if you could have a look at my file and kindly repair my basic errors and, if you can, let me know so that I may also learn.
