Hi James, we actually figured out what happened. The issue was with soft = 2 in the contact card. If we
do soft = 1 or remove the optional card A and B, the dynain file is written out with initial_contact_wear.
I checked with Ansys and they said it was a bug with R15 solver... it's apparently fixed in R16.
