The part with ID 1, material ID 1, has a material type 272
that is invalid for ale solid elements
How to solve this issue?

MAT_272 is not available for the ALE solver.
The User Manual Volume II, page 2-1 (MAT), lists all the material models followed by a series of numbers indicating which solvers are appropriate.
*MAT_272: *MAT_RHT [0,5]
In this case 0=solid elements and 5=SPH particles.
You will need to select a different model for the ALE concrete in your model. --len
