UAlberta LS DYNA Workshop on Impact Modeling - Welcome to Attend!

Greetings to all, 

I am sending this email to please let you know that the University of Alberta is hosting a free-of-charge workshop on modeling impact and dynamic behavior of materials using LS-DYNA finite element software (flyer and agenda attached).

The workshop will cover topics of:

1. Computer-Aided Design and Numerical Setups in LS-DYNA.

2. Automating LS-DYNA Process Using MATLAB.

3. User-Defined Material Model Using LS-DYNA.

4. Simulation of Composites in LS-DYNA.

The workshop will have speakers from University of Alberta, MFAC ANSYS, and Politecnico Milano University.

The workshop will be held both in person (Mechanical Engineering Building Room 6-23 at UofA) and online (via Zoom) from 9 am MT to 5 pm MT on September 6, 2023.
