Had anyone had problems pairing a Stereo Extension with an Audioserver using Tree Turbo?

I have an Audioserver setup correctly and fully operational, however when I connect a Stereo Extension it can't be found on the Tree Turbo search. The wiring is very simple - it is the only tree turbo device connected by a single twisted pair cat6 (not mixed with trees devices!)

Any advice would be appreciated

The stereo extension also has power connected? What are the LEDs on it doing?

Tree turbo is actually IP based and the extension will try and request itself an IP address from your DHCP server. Does the audio server have reliable network connection and can you see anything in your router dashboard?

Thanks for the speedy response!

The audioserver is setup and paired with a reliable network connection. Both audio zones play internet radio perfectly.

The stereo connection is powered on the same supply as the audioserver. This photo shows the setup - both LEDs on the stereo extension are permanently on (ie. Green/orange). I believe this indicates an extension that is not yet paired, which makes sense given it won’t pair/show in a tree turbo search.

The audioserver is findable over the network and is running the latest firmware.

Any ideas?
