hey!
I recently migrated from my old router to a new Ubiquiti UDM Pro. Everything was successfully switched over without major issues, except for the Intercom (Loxone).
When I connect the Intercom directly to the UDMP (using an injector) or to the USW-24-PoE (without injector), it is not detected on the network.
I've tried everything, including restoring the Intercom to factory settings, but nothing seems to work. I just don't see Intercom on the network at all.
At the moment, the only workaround is to reconnect the Intercom to the old router, switch the old router to bridge mode, and plug it into the UDMP. Only in this setup the Intercom is detected.
I believe we can rule out power issues and cable problems (since, as mentioned, it works when connected to the old router).
Has anyone encountered this issue before and found a solution?
Any advice is greatly appreciated because I've run out of ideas.
Thanks in advance!
