I've just bought a couple of Presence Sensor Air off eBay. They're in working order and successfully detecting motion.

However, I can't figure out how to update them to the latest version. They are currently  stuck on 11.1.9.1 (the current version is 15.6.4.9).

I struggled to learn them in. Config refused to pair after selecting them in the Air Device Search. Eventually, I managed to get them learned in using the Air Device Search in the Loxone App.

I've tried:

- Waiting for a few of hours.
- Rebooting the Miniserver.
- In Device Status, right click -> "Keep Device awake", but that option is not available (It is on the other Presence Sensor Air's).

Any ideas welcomed.. Thanks in advance.

(I'm a DIYer, not a pro.)

Update: I figured it out!

As I drifted off to sleep last night, I was wondering how to stop the Presence Sensor Air from going to sleep.

And the answer was - to not let it go to sleep in the first place.

So, this morning I wired the Presence Sensor Air to 24V and re-learned them in, then as if by magic, the update began immediately!

I disconnected the 24V, re-learned them in with battery power, and they're looking good and working as expected, all up to date.

Hello everyone,
Every time there is lightning in our area, my motion sensor (Loxone system) goes out and keeps blinking red. This has happened a few times, but every time it comes back and resets itself. Lately, when this happens, it takes longer and longer to reset itself. It has been a month since it went down, but it has not yet reset. Can anyone help, please?
