call to undefined function pg2:create after apt upgrade

Hi 
just made patch day on my linux box and now the server is dead

this might be a erlang 24 problem because i found this somewhere

":pg2 was deprecated some time ago and was scheduled to be removed on OTP24. You probably need to update the dependency and recompile the phoenix_pubsub to compile time selection of the implementation 40."

Yes, for the moment you should use older Erlang/OTP. Erlang 24 broke things really badly and pg2 is not the only issue. Also, not all of the server's dependencies are ready for 24 as well.
