Hey everyone,

With summer in full swing and vacation and life making things crazy, I wanted to schedule a meeting to discuss next year. 

Place: Famous Restaurant 
Date: 6/20/25
Time: 7pm

Positions this year:

Nation Chief: Aaron
Assistant Nation Chief: Dan
Nation mentor: Chris 
Nation Scout 
Nation Pyro: 

Tribal Chiefs:

Tetons:
Chief: Dan 
Asst Chief: Tom

Blackhawks:
Chief: BJ 
Asst Chief: ? 

Phoenix:
Chief: Joel
Asst Chief: ? 

North stars:
Chief: Andy
Asst Chief: ? 



We need to assign Nation Pyro, Nation Scout, and Assistant chiefs for each tribe. 

If we plan to keep growing the guides program, having these positions filled will be beneficial. 

Meeting agenda:

- Positions and who can fill them
- Recruiting … what can we do
- Events … what needs done to get them scheduled
- Campout … dates, theme, etc.
- misc items

I have a conflict on the 20th and won’t be able to make it, but look forward to being more involved and should be good for the next one. 

I’ll catch up with Dan afterwards, but happy to help out with any of the event planning or wherever there is the most need.

Hey Everyone, I had something come up tomorrow and can’t make it on tomorrows meeting. 
I was going to change it to Monday the 23rd. Still at 7pm. 
Would this work for anyone?
