No hot water?

Hi,

Is anyone else having issues with hot water? We checked a few hours ago and then just checked again and it’s only getting lukewarm. Even if we run the faucet for 10 minutes.

I’m going to put in a portal request, but please also report if you aren’t getting hot water.

Actually was about to ask the same thing - I checked an hour ago and the water was getting tepid at best (after 10 minutes) and then again now and still same issue, no hot water. I'll also put in a request.

Thanks for reporting to Hales! They let me know that they’ve dispatched someone to look into it and are prioritizing due to multiple cases submitted in the portal.
