Sink backing up again

We’re in unit 204, and our sink is backing up again. Is anyone else having the same problem? Going to submit a ticket to Hales now.

I spoke to Kate at Hales. Ward plumbing is coming out, but it will probably be another hour from now (now=12:20)

Also, anyone else noticing the problem, please post it here so we have a better idea of the extent of the problem.

There is a big pool of dirty germy water from the rodding of the kitchen stack on the west side of the first floor garage. So avoid walking through it if you can.
