grey locus zoom plots

Hi,

I am getting grey dots (SNPS) in locus zoom plots. I was earlier switching between ref and alt alleles option, and it was working fine but now it's not working. My colleagues facing the same issue?

I am uploading chromosome summary stats from plink

Can someone suggest the solution?

Thanks for the question. This page might be helpful:

Note that the docs are for the "modern" web based locuszoom. Older tools (like the python CLI locuszoom-standalone) may be using very old datasets that are particularly less likely to know about your variants.
