LOCCNA group members ejected

FYI, just now I removed Andrew Watson (andrewwa...@gmail.com) from his/its membership in LOCCNA google group. He/it had joined the group July 28 and was placed on moderation status after multiple new membership requests that resulted in a flurry of messages soliciting "ductwork". You may recall that he/it wished us a Happy Thanksgiving yesterday, which I allowed to pass in moderation consideration, but I was a bit skeptical about his/its motives and so assumed a standby "watch." Sure enough, today he/it submitted a post soliciting "ductwork" which I of course rejected, so you never saw that.

To date there have been 9 recently admitted LOCCNA group members removed from the group for "ductwork" submissions. That's not counting the 9 more recently-joined members who remain in moderation status. Take this information for what it's worth.

Some of you who replied to my previous message may have gotten individual emails from one of the remaining "moderated" people in our group soliciting ductwork. This is becoming more malevolent than I first imagined. I have a request:

If you receive such an individual email (not from the LOCCNA group) soliciting ductwork, please notify me about the "person" OFFLINE...not to the whole google group. That way I can check if the ductwork-bot "person" that contacted you is one of the remaining recently-joined moderated members, and if they are, I can remove them from the group.
