Are there any third party companies that can create and flesh out the GnG app for a company and if there are, do you recommend any specifically?

It sounds like you're looking for a Google Partner to setup, maintain, and provide a Grab and Go experience for your company. You can find a list of our partners and a way to get in touch with them at g.co/grabandgo. Our partners are listed under the "Grab and Go support from partners" heading. My concern about this is that you create a fork on what is an Alpha product ... we're aware that the product is being developed and that there will be another release, especially as the product has been so well received by those of us who are using it.  Our tactic is to wait for the next release ...
