Help me in translating the following attachmentin Kannad into English for enabling to file PIL

Dear All Members,

I request each one of you who know Kannada and English to translat the attached three (3)documents in Kannada to English. I need urgently these translated documents to file my PIL in the next few days. As I am busy in preparing for PIL (on many other issues), I am requesting for members help. 

Please do the needful on priority in the next 2-3 days.

Sir,

Please approach the directorate for translation located in ground floor , podium block, VV towers, opposite GPO , Dr.Ambedkar road. They do it officially and certify the translated english version of the document. Such certified translated copy of the original document is accepted by the Honble high court.
