Dear Activists of RERA,

The following are two important orders issued by Odisha RERA Authority while hearing the complaints of Allottees of ongoing projects. There is total application of mind in upholding the principles of RERA Act by the Authorities. These orders/ judgments  have to be read by all sincere Activists in detail. Activists should bring it to the Notice of RERA Authorities of All States and the Ministry of Housing, GOI. It should be the motto of Activists to see that RERA is implemented in true spirit.

All most all issues faced by Home-buyers facing with the the Promoters in Ongoing and New projects are covered in the judgments including return of CAR PARKING slot charges taken from Home-buyers.

Let all activists understand the principles of RERA and try to to implement it in true spirit.

This I guess is counting  the orders issued cases as 'resolved'.. However they are aware of zero executions.. This news might have been funded by builders to show case rera strength so that people complain to them.. Which is well managed by builders.

Who will tell RERA chairman that passing an execution order doesn’t end Buyer’s agony but only in executing it? Does the Chirman aware that THERE IS ZERO EXECUTION IN K-RERA?
