[Announcement] Deadline Extension for Challenge Paper Submission

[LLMs4OL Challenge]

Dear Participants,

We hope you're doing well. 

We are pleased to announce an extension for the paper submission deadline, allowing more time for careful preparation of your paper submissions. The new deadline for paper submissions is August 1, 2024. We hope this extension will provide you with the necessary time to complete your write-ups.

Additionally, we have increased the allowable lengths for both short and long paper submissions. Please refer to the updated paper guidelines https://docs.google.com/document/d/1yOWC5j_8wn0rgtMLuac-Gzg3pvuUMbSluZUukzWKW1k/edit?usp=sharing

While uploading the final camera-ready version, I am unable to upload the source code zip file since the allowed extension format is misconfigured to "Excel file" (see snip1 attached) and yields the error in snip2.

[LLMs4OL Challenge]

Dear Hanna and Everyone.

We sent out a notification with EasyChair regarding this issue (upload issue of the latex zip file) to all co-authors with alternatives. Unfortunately, we couldn't solve it, so we kindly ask you to send us the LaTex Source code after your camera-ready submission. You can leave the LaTex field empty in the camera-ready submission form.

To submit a latex file, please use the following Google form https://forms.gle/EaXEhQC2aV3WaaCq9 or just email the zip file to us here llms4ol....@gmail.com. 

The deadline for camera-ready submission is **7 September 2024, 11:59 PM AoE**.

I hope this will resolve the issue and sorry for this inconvenience.
