My WebCard project didn't make the cut but it's understandable as the winners are substantial hardware and software projects. The organizers will post the final comments on all the projects within the next few months and I look forward to their feedback on WebCard.

The results of the RetroChallenge 2024 finally came out and it turns out my WebCard project is among the winners. The judges wrote:

Final Comments: Paolo implemented custom icons, improved URL handling, and provided documentation and demos on his WebCards digital Rolodex. The project is finished, works as intended, and was delivered on schedule... What a feat!

Final Status:  Prize "Winner"!!

Congrats again Paolo!
If you *do* get one of those kits you can always grab a "breadboard" which eliminates the soldering. ;)
I had a lot of fun with uLisp prototyping at ADT with some tilt sensors (but the author never implemented interrupts which is a drawback).

Thanks Ryan but as a software guy I'll gladly pass on anything hardware not preassembled, breadboard or otherwise 😀

I posted some notes on how Lisp helped me deliver my RetroChallenge project on time, which is nothing new to lispers.
