I had some time yesterday and happened to be poking around on a Dr. Dobbs archive.
I believe I have a few new links (I checked Zotero by search and I didn't see them)

"Report on Common Lisp to the Interlisp Community"
December 1981, Larry Masinter and Bill VanMelle.
Discusses the role of various Lisp vendors in Common Lisp's design.
https://softwarepreservation.computerhistory.org/LISP/common_lisp_family/Masinter-vanMelle-Report.pdf

"The Real Deal"
Dr. Dobbs Journal December 1997
Mention of Frank Halasz and Interlisp's "Notecards".
https://jacobfilipp.com/DrDobbs/articles/DDJ/1997/9712/9712r/9712r.htm

"Programming Paradigms - A Taste of Lisp"
Dr. Dobbs Journal
Mentions Interlisp
https://jacobfilipp.com/DrDobbs/articles/DDJ/1990/9001/9001k/9001k.htm

"Of Interest"
Dr. Dobbs Journal
Mentions Koyn Software as a vendor of Interlisp-D interpreters and compilers.
Also mentions Medley for DOS costing $795.
https://jacobfilipp.com/DrDobbs/articles/DDJ/1993/9306/9306v/9306v.htm

"Software Engineering Environments - What has inspired the CASE phenomenon? What comes after CASE and Software Tools?"
Dr. Dobbs Journal
Mentions that Interlisp was the single most influential experimental environment effort of the 1970s.

Eleanor Young wrote a guide to adding to the Interlisp Bibliography.  The first link under "It definitely belongs! How do I add it?" provides the easiest technique.
