Hi , I am trying to run LipidXplorer after installing. It is showing a "memory error", as shown below. Our Data is in raw centroid mode and MS1 only data file. I have attached a snapshot of the error. Please help me in solving this problem.

Thank you,
Anushka.

Dear Anushka,

it really seems to be an issue with the RAM on your Computer. Is this a LC-MS or Shotgun sample? Check your other processes with the TaskManager (command: taskmgr). Maybe you have another memory intensive program open.

I hope this helps,
Ronny

Hi Ronny,

Thank you for your reply.  This is a direct injection in nMS, not LC-MS.
We seem to have tided over the initial problem and are getting a different error now. We are getting the master scan (therefore the import is working) and it is in the second stage, i.e. the interpreting of mfql that we are getting the error message. I have attached the error message.  Could you please help?

Thank you,
Anushka
