Hi Donato,
You should allow the server to write to the credentials file. Right click the file in your explorer (I use WinSCP to put files on the server), and select Properties, and fill out 7777 to allow all rights (screenshot below in Dutch, sorry!).

The database can be created when you fill out your server’s password for the MySQL. If your server is managed by the university’s IT, they should be able to give you that password.
