lichee pi zero linux

Hi to all, Im using Opensuse Tumbleweed and just got my lichee pi zero and trying to compile linux for the board. I got this error multiple definition of yylloc and tried to fixed by changing the scripts/dtc/dtc-lexer-lex.c according to this and this one too but i got the same error. I found some thread about downgrading gcc to 9 version, I have the gcc and g++ 12. Anyone of you got his error too? how can I fixed?
